Delivery

Our parcels will be delivered by a professional courier service or our own employees. All shipments are insured and you will have to sign for your order upon delivery. Usually the courier service will try 1 or 2 times to deliver the item to you but this can vary depending on the parcel’s size. If you’re not able to accept the item for the second time, you will find a message (card) in your mailbox that explains at which post office your parcel can be picked up. It usually has to be retrieved within two weeks.

 

Track & Trace

When your parcel is sent, you will receive an email explaining the details of your purchase and, by means of a barcode, you can trace your shipment via Track & Trace. Usually, the order will be delivered within 2 days in the Netherlands. Orders that have to be shipped abroad are generally delivered within 4 days.

 

Delivery period

The products will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. We strive to complete your order processing within 3 working days. 

Ultimately, the product should be delivered within 30 days after it has been ordered. If this is not the case, you can cancel your order. This rule does not apply when another delivery date has been agreed upon.
