Set of two decorative Staffordshire style dog money boxes, England, 1890 – 1910

This beautiful English set of two (!!) decorative Staffordshire style dog money boxes date from the late 19th and early 20th century. They are made of handpainted plaster and slightly damaged, but what a unique opportunity to find two identical copies of these dogs!

It’s rare to find these money boxes in this condition, since you can only get your money out by braking them… They’re not restored and completely original and authentic.
